Jessica Kirby
|
Born in Springfield, Massachusetts in 1981, Jessica attended Chicopee High School and from there went on to earn her Associate's Degree in photography from Holyoke Community College. She became involved with Catch Your Breath Productions through a chance meeting with David Dellecese one day in a cafe. Conversation led to Dellecese's pre-production planning on Goodbye To You, and Jessica jumped at the opportunity to be work behind the scenes and put her photographys skills to use. As fate would have it, she would end up with a much bigger task to handle than taking pictures. So, originally intending on staying out of the way of the lens, Jessica ended up filling the role of the female half of troublemaking duo, Kyle and Julie. Her only other acting experience prior to Goodbye To You was portraying the letter P in a third grade play. She played football for the National Woman's Football League during their 2001-2002 season, for the Connecticut Crush. In 2002 she returned to reprise her role as Julie in Detour, as well as in 2004's The Death of Daniel Whately, which she also co-wrote. She makes a brief appearance in 2006's Anchor Eddy's. |
